 Azra Mahmood is one of the most established faces in the Bangladesh Fashion Industry. She started her successful innings with Pantene - Head & Shoulders You Got The Look 2002, where she was crowned as the winner of the contest. 

After that there was no turning back. Over the period of years she has established herself as the number one Runway Director of the country working for the best fashion shows like Bangladesh Fashion Week, Bangladesh Wedding Couture Week, Arka Fashion Week, Khadi Festival and of its likes. She has worked with international designers from Thailand, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Japan and India. She has also worked with local Designers and Brands like Rina Latif, Maheen Khan and Emdad Haque, Zurhem, Sonia Musa Dhaka, Sarah Karim, Sahar Rahman to name a few. She has worked with Aarong as their campaign consultant for the past 12 years and is still continuing to do so. She has been doing Pageantry Training since 2007 grooming the new comers in to established stars in the industry.

She is also a successful Master of Ceremony, hosting events for the top brands of the country, she has worked with BBC as well. Her secret to success lies in a positive attitude, discipline, optimism, the ability to deal with criticism, the zeal to achieve success and above all being persistant .

Her grooming institute Azra Mahmood Talent Camp (AMTC) has produced models who have won Face of Asia, Face of Bangladesh, Miss Universe Bangladesh and Lux Super Stars to name a few. AMTC has won Nurul Kader Shommanona 2023 for its relentless hard work in establishing itself in this industry. Currently AMTC is the National Director of Face of Asia and Miss & Mister Celebrity International representing Bangladesh/Nepal/India/Sri Lanka/Pakistan
